## Role Overview
Manage all contractual and commercial matters for infrastructure and building projects in Lusail. Protect company interests and minimize contractual risks.
## Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: prepare, review and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers and consultants
- FIDIC: manage FIDIC Red, Yellow, Silver Book contracts
- Claims: review claims, variation orders and schedule impacts
- Risk: identify contractual risks and provide solutions to mitigate them
- Compliance: ensure compliance with Qatari Diar policies and Qatari laws
- Reporting: prepare monthly reports on contractual status of projects
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law, Engineering or Business Administration
- 10+ years experience in contracts management for major projects in Qatar or GCC
- Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and QCS standards
- Knowledge of Qatari law and arbitration law
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- English proficiency. Arabic is a plus
