## Role Overview
Manage all contractual matters for projects. Review contracts, prepare claims, manage variation orders, and negotiate with client and consultant per FIDIC Red Book.

## Key Responsibilities
- Contracts: review subcontractor and supplier contracts and ensure contractual protection
- FIDIC: administer contracts per FIDIC Red Book 1999 and 2017
- Claims: prepare and submit EOT Claims and Cost Claims and respond to client claims
- Variations: manage VO Register and negotiate prices and duration
- Correspondence: prepare formal Notices per contract clauses
- Risks: identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to management
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Law or Civil Engineering
- 8+ years experience including 4 years as Contracts Manager on major projects
- Strong experience in FIDIC Red Book and Yellow Book
- Experience with Qatari government and Ashghal contracts is a big advantage
- English proficiency written and spoken. Arabic is a plus
- Certification in contract management like DRMP or Mphil is an advantage
