Job Description
ENOC in Dubai is seeking a Contracts Analyst on a temporary assignment to handle contract preparation, renewals, and supplier management. The role involves drafting agreements in line with company policy, evaluating vendor performance, and supporting process improvements. You will work under the Contract Controller to protect company interests and streamline procurement operations.
## Responsibilities
- Draft and revise contracts in accordance with ENOC policies and procurement procedures to ensure company interests are safeguarded
- Support supplier certification and pre-qualification activities as part of the vendor onboarding process
- Conduct techno-commercial analysis during contract renewals, reviewing technical data and supplier proposals alongside end users and technical coordinators
- Monitor supplier performance across group companies, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
- Resolve supplier disputes and finalize contract terms based on agreed conditions
- Review vendor complaints, organize counselling sessions with vendors and user departments, document outcomes, and track follow-ups
- Respond to supplier technical inquiries and collaborate with technical teams to clarify proposal details
- Contribute to the review and development of procurement procedures and systems to improve efficiency, automation, and workflow simplification
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
## Requirements
- Experience in contracts preparation, renewal, and administration within a corporate or procurement environment
- Familiarity with company purchasing policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Ability to perform technical and commercial analysis of supplier proposals and documentation
- Strong skills in supplier performance monitoring, dispute resolution, and vendor management
- Good understanding of contract terms, conditions, and risk considerations
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with technical coordinators, end users, and vendors
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and minute-taking for meetings and counselling sessions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
