Job Description
Lead the daily reservations operations for IBIS hotels under Accor Group in Bahrain. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to every guest inquiry, ensuring all bookings are processed accurately on the same day, and supporting sales teams to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, Opera PMS expertise, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the reservations department to ensure seamless and efficient workflows
- Respond to all guest inquiries with professionalism and deliver a consistently high standard of service and care
- Process and confirm all incoming reservations accurately within the same business day
- Collaborate closely with the Sales department to support room revenue goals and enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest journey from booking to stay
## Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
- Proficiency in Arabic is considered an advantage
- Prior experience in a reservations role, preferably within Accor Hotels or similar hospitality brands
- Strong telephone communication and sales skills with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, guest-focused environment
- Mandatory working knowledge of Opera PMS
