HBK Contracting is hiring a Civil Engineer in Doha, Qatar, Hybrid. Support design and execution team. Review engineering drawings. Solve technical issues on site and in office. Coordinate between design and execution.

HBK Contracting is a large contracting group in Qatar. Has road, infrastructure, and commercial building projects. Currently working on Doha Metro Phase 2 project.
## Role Overview
Support design and execution team. Review engineering drawings. Solve technical issues on site and in office. Coordinate between design and execution.
## Key Responsibilities
- Design: review Shop Drawings and Structural Calculations
- Execution: support site engineers in solving technical RFI
- Specifications: ensure work compliance with QCS 2014 and Ashghal specs
- Coordination: coordinate between Civil, Architectural and MEP
- Reporting: prepare Technical Reports and NCR
- Software: prepare models on ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Civil 3D
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years experience in infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ETABS, SAP2000
- Knowledge of QCS 2014, ACI Code, and Ashghal Standards
- Experience in road and sewer design is a plus
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
