## Role Overview
Supervise civil works on site. Follow up concrete, buildings, and finishing works. Ensure quality and adherence to project schedule.
## Key Responsibilities
- Execution: supervise excavation, foundations, concrete, and masonry works
- Drawings: read and review engineering drawings and Shop Drawings
- Quality: ensure implementation of QCS 2014 and submit RFI requests
- Materials: follow up material approvals and lab tests
- Coordination: coordinate with subcontractors and consultant
- Reporting: prepare daily progress reports and follow up BoQ
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
- 4+ years experience as Civil Engineer on construction projects
- Proficiency in: AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
- Strong knowledge of QCS 2014 and Ashghal specifications
- Experience managing site workforce
- Good English language
