Job Description
SAM Building Contracting LLC in Dubai, UAE is hiring a Camp Boss to manage labor accommodation. Oversee worker welfare, safety, and daily camp operations.
## Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of worker accommodation, facilities, and services
- Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are applied in the camp
- Coordinate with contractors and supervisors regarding worker transportation and work schedules
- Manage provision of food, water, electricity, and camp maintenance
- Enforce camp rules, resolve worker issues, and escalate to management
- Prepare daily reports on worker headcount, violations, and requirements
## Requirements
- 3+ years experience as Camp Boss or camp supervisor in contracting companies
- Good understanding of UAE labor law and worker accommodation standards
- Leadership + communication + problem solving skills
- Excellent Arabic + basic English + Hindi/Urdu is a plus
- Firm, fair personality able to handle large numbers of workers
- Ability to reside in camp and work 6 days per week
