Talent Higher in Dubai is hiring a Business Setup Team Lead to manage and coach a team of Associate Consultants. The role focuses on driving sales targets, delivering exceptional client experiences, and improving B2C processes for a business setup and company formation firm. Requires a Bachelor's degree, proven sales leadership, and mandatory experience in the business setup/company formation industry.
## Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Associate Consultants / sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
- Provide guidance, feedback, and regular performance reviews. Set clear expectations and ensure accountability
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Track individual and team performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate strategy, sales tactics, and approaches
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching to enhance team skills and capabilities
- Oversee handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Provide monthly feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement
- Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency within the B2C function
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Business setup / company formation industry experience is mandatory
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve best performance
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate insights
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
