## Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the travel agency, including client bookings and service delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop the operations team to uphold high performance standards
- Drive sales targets, manage key client accounts, and design promotional offers
- Coordinate individual and group travel itineraries from planning to execution
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, resolve escalations, and ensure compliance with policies
- Monitor operational processes to improve efficiency and maintain service quality

- Proven experience in travel agency operations, trip planning, and booking management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
