Job Description
Calo Inc. is offering a one-year full-time Business Operations Fellowship focused on project management within the On Demand business. Fellows will rotate across teams for two weeks each month and spend the other two weeks driving projects in operations, marketing, commercial, supply chain, and customer experience. The program is open to recent high school or university graduates in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, or remote worldwide, and provides hands-on ownership and leadership development.
## Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of cross-functional projects across the On Demand business
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Customer Experience and other teams
- Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to keep initiatives on track
- Analyze operational data and identify ways to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Help launch new initiatives, processes, and improvements across multiple markets
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Take full ownership of projects from planning through delivery
## Requirements
- Recent graduate from high school or university
- Little to no professional experience required, potential and willingness to learn are key
- Strong organizational skills for projects, people, and ideas
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to make things happen
- Curiosity about how businesses operate and scale
- Clear and confident communication with diverse stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, changing environments
- Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, project management tools, or AI tools is a plus but not required
