Job Description
AKS Prime Group in Dubai is hiring a Business Development Executive for a leading Business Setup & Tax Advisory firm. Salary AED 6,000 – AED 10,000. Role focuses on generating leads for Tax, Audit, AML, Accounting and Business Advisory services, client meetings, proposals, and closing deals across UAE. Requires 2+ years UAE BD experience in consultancy and knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and AML regulations.
## Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Taxation, Audit & Assurance, AML Compliance, Accounting & Bookkeeping, and Business Advisory services
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, business forums, and digital channels
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and wider UAE
- Establish referral partnerships with business setup consultants, free zones, banks, law firms, and industry associations
- Conduct client meetings to understand business structures, compliance requirements, and challenges
- Present tailored solutions covering VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax, Audit, AML/CFT Compliance, Accounting, and Bookkeeping
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and engagement documentation
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Ensure smooth handover of new engagements to the operations team
- Act as primary commercial contact for clients and support issue resolution
- Keep CRM records updated and achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
- Monitor market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE business development experience within Tax, Audit, Accounting, AML, or Business Consultancy Firm. Mandatory
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing professional service contracts in UAE
- Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax, AML/CFT regulations, and statutory audit services
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an advantage
- English proficiency required. Arabic is an added advantage
- UAE driving licence preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
