Job Description
HBK Contracting is hiring a BIM Manager in Doha, Qatar, On-site. Lead BIM strategy for Ashghal projects and ensure compliance with Ashghal BIM requirements.

## Role Overview
Lead BIM strategy for all company projects and ensure implementation of Ashghal BIM Requirements. Responsible for BIM team and coordination between disciplines.
## Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: develop and implement BIM execution plan per Ashghal standards
- Management: manage BIM team of engineers, coordinators and technicians
- Modeling: review 3D models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines
- Coordination: perform Clash Detection and prepare clash reports
- Delivery: oversee BIM deliverables including CDE, 4D, 5D, COBie
- Training: train project teams on BIM workflow
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- 8+ years experience including 3 years as BIM Manager
- Experience in Ashghal projects and applying QCS BIM Standards
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Solibri, ACC
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BEP
- Professional BIM certification is a plus
