HBK Contracting is a leading company in executing major infrastructure projects in Qatar. Executed highway, tunnel, and metro station projects.

## Role Overview
Lead BIM team for the project. Implement BIM standards per Ashghal and FIFA requirements. Manage 3D/4D/5D models and coordination between all disciplines.

## Key Responsibilities
- BIM Execution Plan: develop and implement project BEP per EIR
- Modeling: manage Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks models for all disciplines
- Coordination: conduct Clash Detection and weekly Coordination Meetings
- 4D/5D: link P6 schedule and cost to models
- Standards: ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and Ashghal BIM Standards
- Training: train project team on BIM tools and workflows
## Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
- 7+ years experience including 3 years as BIM Manager on infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in: Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Autodesk Certified Professional certification is a plus
- Experience with Ashghal BIM Level 2 projects is mandatory
- Knowledge of COBie and Common Data Environment CDE
