Job Description
Jadeer Logistics in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is hiring a Billing Officer for an on-site role. Handle invoicing and collections for shipping and logistics services to ensure accurate billing cycles.
## Responsibilities
- Issue shipping, storage, and logistics service invoices accurately and on time
- Review customer contracts and service rates and match them with invoices
- Follow up with customers to collect outstanding payments and reduce overdue debts
- Prepare billing, collection, and revenue reports for finance management
- Enter and update billing data in ERP system and ensure data integrity
- Coordinate with operations and sales teams to resolve billing disputes
## Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in billing and collections, preferably in logistics or shipping companies
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle, SAP and advanced Excel
- Understanding of shipping, freight, and customs clearance processes is a plus
- High accuracy, organization, communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent Arabic and good English for customer communication
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
