## Role Overview
Prepare high quality beverages and create a welcoming experience for every customer according to Starbucks standards.

## Key Responsibilities
- Coffee preparation: make espresso, latte, cappuccino and cold drinks accurately
- Customer service: take orders, recommend products and handle inquiries
- Checkout: use cashier, collect payments and apply offers
- Store cleanliness: clean machines, bar and seating area and follow health standards
- Inventory: prepare milk, beans and pods and record shortages
- Store atmosphere: play music, arrange tables and create a comfortable environment
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Passion for coffee and beverages
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Cheerful personality and fast learner
- Ability to work under pressure during peak times
- 6 months barista experience preferred
- Ability to stand 8 hours
