## Role Overview
Prepare and serve coffee beverages and food according to Costa standards with excellent customer service.

## Key Responsibilities
- Coffee preparation: make espresso, cappuccino, latte and all Costa drinks
- Customer service: take orders, handle cashier and provide recommendations
- Cleanliness: clean coffee machines, bar and seating area
- Inventory: monitor milk, coffee beans and products and inform manager of shortages
- Merchandising: arrange pastries and cakes and display new products
- Quality standards: follow Costa recipes, temperatures and hygiene standards
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- 1 year barista experience preferred
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of types
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
- Speed working under pressure
- Neat appearance and constant smile
- Ability to work shifts
