## Role Overview
Prepare and serve high quality coffee beverages, provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers in store.

## Key Responsibilities
- Beverage preparation: make coffee, latte, cappuccino and cold drinks according to Starbucks standards
- Customer service: take orders with a smile, recommend products and handle complaints professionally
- Cashier: process payments, operate cashier and apply offers and loyalty
- Store cleanliness: maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment and seating area
- Inventory: receive orders, stock products and monitor expiry dates
- Teamwork: cooperate with team to ensure fast service and high quality during peak times
## Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Previous barista experience is an advantage but not required - full training provided
- Ability to work under pressure and during peak times
- Flexibility to work shifts and during events
- Neat appearance and commitment to Starbucks uniform
