Assistant Store Supervisor

## Role Overview
Support the Store Supervisor in managing daily operations of talabat mart and ensure achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction and service quality.

## Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations including receiving, storage, inventory and shelf stocking to ensure product availability
- Team management: assign tasks, train new staff and monitor daily performance
- Customer service: handle customer inquiries and complaints and resolve quickly to ensure great shopping experience
- Inventory and ordering: monitor stock levels, prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts
- Quality and safety: ensure hygiene, food safety and talabat standards are applied in store
- Reporting: prepare daily reports on sales, shrinkage and team performance for the supervisor
- Delivery support: coordinate with delivery team to ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately
## Requirements
- Diploma minimum in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in retail or supermarket, 1 year in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work shifts and under pressure during peak times
- Proficiency in MS Office
