Job Description
Join La Petite Maison in Doha to support the launch and daily operations of LPM Doha. This leadership role oversees service quality, guest experience, team development, and business performance for a premier Mediterranean dining destination. The position requires 2-3 years in senior hospitality leadership and a passion for luxury restaurant operations.
## Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including financial results, guest satisfaction, and staff performance
- Mentor and support department heads through regular one-on-one coaching and development sessions
- Track business targets and KPIs, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Uphold high standards of service, food presentation, and ambiance to ensure every guest feels welcomed
- Work with the global LPM team to align local operations with group strategy and brand vision
- Stay informed on hospitality and dining trends to keep LPM competitive and innovative
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR partners to increase brand awareness and guest engagement
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or a related field
- 2-3 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and luxury dining standards
- Proven skills in leadership, team mentoring, and guest relations including complaint handling
- Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Experience with business reporting, target tracking, and operational development
- Guest-centric mindset focused on delivering memorable dining experiences
