Assistant Manager, Logistics Special Projects

## Responsibilities
- Drive the execution and scaling of noon’s automation and robotics initiatives for Noon Minutes delivery platform
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact projects
- Analyze operational data and field performance metrics to identify issues and drive targeted interventions
- Build Excel models and PowerPoint materials to support internal and external stakeholder discussions
- Own end-to-end deployment of automation solutions, coordinating internal teams and external partners for successful on-ground implementation
- Spend time in the field working with operational teams and deployment partners to ensure projects stay on track
- Support relationship management with external stakeholders involved in automation projects
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top institution
- 1-2 years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or strategy team of a startup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with bias for action
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience building Excel models and PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders
- Willingness to work in the field with operations teams
- Proficiency in Python and SQL is a plus
- Resourceful, original thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Ability to adapt, pivot, and learn quickly
