Job Description
Iconic Advisory BH in Bahrain Bay, Bahrain is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to lead advisory engagements. The role involves managing project workstreams, developing financial models, preparing feasibility studies, conducting market and industry research, and handling client communication. Candidates should have a degree in Finance, Economics or Business, strong Excel and financial modeling skills, and fluency in English and Arabic.
## Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advisory engagements for clients across different industries
- Oversee project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality results while managing client and team expectations
- Lead the development of business plans and feasibility studies
- Conduct in-depth financial, market, and industry analysis
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses
- Manage day-to-day client communication and relationship management
- Provide expert guidance on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
- Support business development and contribute to technical expertise within the advisory team
## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and feasibility studies
- Perfect written and spoken English and Arabic
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
## Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in advisory, consulting, or related field
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA
