Job Description
Bâoli Dubai, a luxury restaurant, poolside and nightlife destination, is hiring an Assistant General Manager. You will support daily operations across restaurant, pool, and nightlife, lead F&B teams, drive guest satisfaction, and manage P&L and KPIs. Requires 3+ years AGM experience in luxury lifestyle dining or nightlife with high-volume operations.
## Responsibilities
*Operations Leadership*
- Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of restaurant, pool, and nightlife venue
- Ensure flawless execution of service standards during high-volume lunch, dinner, and nightlife operations
- Work closely with Reservations, Guest Relations, Entertainment, Kitchen, Bar, and Marketing teams for seamless operations
*Team & Guest Experience*
- Lead, inspire, and develop department managers and front-of-house teams
- Drive guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and relationship building with VIP and returning guests
- Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining highest level of hospitality
*Commercial & Compliance*
- Monitor sales performance, labour costs, productivity, and operational KPIs to maximize profitability
- Coach and mentor managers through feedback, performance reviews, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and brand standards
- Support GM in achieving commercial, operational, and financial objectives
## Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as Assistant General Manager in luxury lifestyle dining or nightlife venues
- Proven experience managing high-volume operations while maintaining premium service standards
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop multicultural teams
- Commercially driven with solid understanding of P&L, labour management, and revenue optimization
- Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards and VIP guest management
- Experience with entertainment-led concepts, DJs, live performances, and event-driven operations preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages are a strong advantage
- Previous international lifestyle dining/nightlife experience highly desirable
