BIG Language Solutions is seeking an Arabic Medical Interpreter for remote work in the UAE. The role involves providing accurate interpretation between Arabic and English during medical consultations via phone or video. ## Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between Arabic and English during medical appointments via phone or video
- Convey medical terminology and sensitive information clearly and impartially
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare privacy standards
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth communication
- Document interpretation sessions and provide reports when required
- Work flexible hours to support patients across different time zones
## Requirements
- Full fluency in both Arabic and English for speaking and interpreting
- Previous experience in medical interpreting or healthcare environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and health procedures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Commitment to professional ethics and information confidentiality
- Reliable computer and stable internet connection for remote work
- Certification in interpreting or medical field is a plus
