Turing is hiring an Arabic Language Data Scientist to work remotely on training and improving Large Language Models. The role focuses on evaluating AI outputs in Arabic, prompt engineering, and enhancing model understanding of Arabic dialects and cultural context. Join a global team building the future of AI.
## Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve the quality of AI model outputs in Arabic
- Write Arabic prompt engineering and test model responses
- Label data and train models on nuances of Arabic dialects
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve model understanding of Arab cultural context
- Prepare reports on model performance and suggest improvements
- Work on NLP projects specifically for the Arabic language
## Requirements
- Experience in Data Science, AI, or Natural Language Processing
- Excellent proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic + knowledge of dialects + good technical English
- Knowledge of tools: Python, Jupyter, Git. Experience with LLMs preferred
- Understanding of concepts: Fine-tuning, Evaluation, RLHF
- Strong analytical skills and attention to linguistic details
- Ability to work remotely with global teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
