Job Description
Calo is offering a one-year, full-time fellowship focused on AI and automation within the supply chain function. The program is designed for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience building tools and systems that support Calo’s mission to make healthy eating easy. The role can be based in GCC countries including Bahrain or performed remotely worldwide, running from August 2026 to August 2027.
## Responsibilities
- Work within the AI & Automation track to develop solutions that improve supply chain processes
- Collaborate with engineers, nutritionists, and operations teams to apply AI to real business problems
- Build, test, and implement automation tools to support meal planning and delivery operations
- Learn by doing through hands-on projects across multiple markets in the GCC and beyond
## Requirements
- Open to recent high school or university graduates and other early-career candidates
- Interest in AI, automation, and supply chain operations
- Willingness to work full-time for one year starting August 2026
- Ability to work in a hybrid model in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman, or remotely worldwide
