Job Description
One&Only Resorts is hiring a Reservations Agent in Dubai. The role handles booking inquiries, confirmations, and delivers luxury hospitality from the first guest contact using PMS systems.
## Responsibilities
- Answer booking inquiries via phone and email
- Create, confirm, and modify hotel reservations on PMS system
- Provide tailored offers and recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with front office and sales teams for seamless experience
- Follow up on guest special requests prior to arrival
- Achieve revenue targets and maintain brand standards
## Requirements
- 1+ year experience in 5-star hotel reservations
- Proficiency in Opera or any PMS booking system
- Fluency in Arabic and English. Additional languages are a plus
- Excellent sales and phone communication skills
- Ability to work shifts
- Presentable appearance and strong customer service personality
