Chedi Hospitality is hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor in Doha, Qatar. Oversee billing, collections and AR reporting for luxury hotels to ensure healthy cash flow.

## Role Overview
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the billing and collections cycle and ensure healthy cash flow for hotel operations in Qatar.
## Key Responsibilities
- Manage individual and corporate customer invoicing and timely collections
- Prepare monthly AR reports and Aging Reports for finance management
- Daily coordination with front office and sales on bookings and outstanding invoices
- Handle customer disputes, account reconciliations and resolve financial issues
- Ensure compliance with group credit and collection policies
- Supervise accounting team, provide training and performance evaluation
- Review corporate and travel agency contracts and ensure financial terms are applied
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, hospitality sector preferred
- Proficiency in Oracle Hospitality or any hotel PMS system
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, written and verbal
- High accuracy, organization and financial data analysis skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
