## Role Overview
We are hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee AR operations, billing and collections in our Doha property.
## Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily AR team operations and workflow
- Ensure timely invoice issuance and follow up on corporate and guest receivables
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies or disputes
- Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports for finance management
- Review credit limits and payment terms for clients
- Coordinate with sales and reservations to accelerate collections
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards
## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 4+ years experience in Accounts Receivable, minimum 1 year in supervisory role
- Hospitality and hotel industry experience is a big advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle, Opera, SAP
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- English fluency required, Arabic is a plus
